Cleared your browser cache?
Nimkin had a little nap and forgot you. Don't worry — your key still works. Just enter it again on the lock screen and you're back.
Your key isn't working?
Double check for sneaky spaces or typos! Keys look like WORD-WORD-WORD — including the dashes between each word. If it still won't budge, check your purchase confirmation email.
Bought a pack but it's not showing?
Head to the Shop tab and enter your pack key in the field below the cards. Each pack has its own key — find it in your purchase email.
App disappeared from your home screen?
Just visit tinybadger.saraskonstigheter.com again and re-add Nimkin to your home screen. Your key is still saved.
Nimkin can't find your location?
On mobile, Nimkin needs location permission to find your weather. Go to your phone's Settings → Apps → Chrome → Permissions → Location and set it to Allow. Then tap "Tiny Badger Finds You" again.

Changed your mind about a purchase?
Since keys are delivered digitally and work immediately, we're unable to offer refunds. But Nimkin promises to be worth it.
